The process is simple and starts with your wants and wishlists being heard! We’ll chat to learn more about you are together and as individuals, and what you want out of your wedding day. From there, we develop a custom proposal that bings your vision to life. No stressing or second guessing. You’ll always have us as a guide - with resources like a private planning portal, comprehensive to-do lists, vetted vendor recommendations, and budgeting sheets. Relax and feel the support during our planning sessions, have backup during vendor meetings and site tours and let us handle the heavy lifting of contract review, rental lists, floor plans, floral selection and design.

Few little things you should know about us...!!!
Don’t stress about distance – it’s actually our specialty. We’ve planned with couples currently living in Argentina, Brazil, France, Italy, Spain, Greece (and beyond) and in the US from CT to TX to CA to WA to Vegas and on and on and even in places you can’t even imagine! Even better, we speak over 6 languages so, communication is not a barrier for us.
Independent coordinators and on-staff venue coordinators ARE different – but we work together OFTEN! We work side-by-side with venue managers and staff for day-of execution that extends beyond their included services.
We’re over 1,500 weddings & events strong with over $10M in collective budgets. We fit best for couples planning a wedding at $35K+ for our coordination services, $45k for partial, and $65k+ for full service planning. We have planned individual events well over six figures for our couples.

Recently a bride spent 3 months trying to nail down details for hair and makeup at a salon. She reached out to us and within 3 HOURS we had a full team assembled and under contract. Another couple lost their videographer the morning of the wedding – and we secured a new one, on a prime 2022 October Saturday – in less an an hour. Or event worse, a Chamber of Comerce call us saying that their sponsor banesh, we solved within 4 hours prior to the event. Trust us, we are connected.
We work in new-to-us venues every year – it’s exciting and keeps our creativity flowing! Even the venues we know like the back of our hand were once “new” to us. Aside from your personal touches, wedding logistics are the same no matter where we are. We take the time to learn your venue intricacies, do our homework and get then more acquainted on our on-site tours together.
